
Lowell began her acting career when she played the lead role in Dangerously Close. She then had a minor role as Club Paradise's Assistant Attorney Jamie Ross. The actress played the role of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She was a regular on Law & Order's spinoff Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005, before appearing back on the original series in 2022.
